Elliott's Crawfish Farm has been in business since 1987.  We specialize in growing the best Louisiana Red Swamp Crawfish in South Carolina.   Our crawfish usually run in size from 12 to 16 count per lb.   We harvest, clean, grade and purge all of our crawfish before we sell them to the public.
